This project involved the sensitive merging of two Mayfair townhouses through extensive restoration works and close liaison with Grosvenor, local interest groups, and the planning department. The scheme retained the historic façade while introducing a new basement and roof extension, significantly increasing both the area and value of the property. Internally, the house was reimagined as a small boutique hotel, featuring dynamic spaces with suspended volumes and internal courtyards, six fully functional bedrooms, and a rich sequence of public and private areas, including a gym, cinema, and swimming pool.
